Here are the dates for our "live taught" continuing education program for 2010 (These classes are sponsored by Great Lakes Realty Systems, Inc. in cooperation with Pine Tree Real Estate, Inc.):

All classes will be taught at:

Clinton Township, MI 48038
All classes are from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
The fee: $60 (payable by check or cash the day of the class)
To Register: send an email to: marge@treec.com
Include:Your name (as it appears on your license)
Your license ID number
Your full birth date
Last four digits of your SSN
The class date you will attend
If you need to take current or past continuing education classes online follow these directions:
1. Click on the "Continuing Education Online" link to the left.
2. When the page opens, click on the "Online Course Store" link.
3. You are now at the Great Lakes Realty Systems site. Click on the "Online Courses" navigation button to the upper left of the screen.
4. If you want to take complete a course for the previous 2007-2009 three-year license period, scroll down to the "2007-2009 License Period" category and choose from the following subcategories:
2-Hour Courses.
4-Hour Courses.
6-Hour Courses.
5. If you want to complete the current course click on Course 1100.
Please note that continuing education classes can only count once. This means that, if you complete a course to make up past continuing education hours, you cannot use the same course to fulfill your current requirement.
